What are the payment methods currently available for Raya Cloud?

For online users, Raya Cloud supports credit card payments. For clients interested in customized services we provide a custom contractual model based on the services they require. Raya Cloud will soon be available through other electronic payment channels. For more information, please contact our sales.

How do I make sure my credit card information is secure?

Our portal does not retain any credit card information. All payments are processed securely via an online payment gateway that complies with all the requirements of 3D Secure – the industry protocol for online transactions.

Does Raya Cloud support post payment?

For the time being, only the prepaid model is supported. The post-paid service will be launched in the near future.

What if I need to terminate the service?

Raya Cloud currently supports prepaid monthly billing cycles. If you choose to terminate the service before the end of your billing cycle, please send us a request through the management portal to terminate the service. Service can be terminated within 48 hours and charges will not apply starting the next billing cycle.

Do I need to buy a support plan if I need help with an issue with Raya Cloud?

When you buy Raya Cloud service without selecting a specific support plan, you are automatically entitled the free ‘Basic’ support package which provides you with access to specific support features. If you need more elaborate support features, you need a paid support plan to receive one-on-one technical support. How can I contact Raya Cloud tech. support?

Raya Cloud support is accessible through several channels. You can send support requests via our online ticketing system available through the management portal or you chat live with one of agents or you can send us an email or call our 24/7 NOC team via our short number

What if I have an inquiry about a service?

How long does it take to provision my cloud service?

Raya Cloud is a fully automated platform offering you immediate provisioning of the resources you buy. You do not have to wait for your resources to be provisioned. Once you make the purchase, you can immediately access the management portal and start working on your resources

How can I access my resources?

Raya Cloud provides you with a full-fledged management portal that gives you access to all your purchased resources from one place. Through the management console, you can control your resources, manage your billing, and open support tickets.
